This model combines a high-capacity 600 watt motor with nine stainless steel trays for efficient food preservation. The use of metal trays provides a long-lasting and easy-to-sanitize surface for various types of food. Like other items in this set, it is designed to run quietly while maintaining a consistent internal temperature.
The digital interface on the front of the machine allows users to set specific times and temperatures for their projects. This is particularly helpful for recipes that require low heat over a long period, such as drying delicate flowers or herbs. The horizontal airflow design eliminates the need to swap tray positions during the cycle.
The sturdy construction and large capacity make this a reliable choice for frequent users. It provides enough room to dry a significant amount of produce at once, which is helpful during harvest season. The stainless steel trays are a significant upgrade for those who prefer to avoid plastic contact with their food during the heating process.
